The photographers at Oman Today magazine are inviting peaple to come and shoot with them and learn about photography. Workshops planned include those on photojournalism, wich will involve shooting on street. Photographs taken during the workshop will be entered into the Oman Today Photography cometition.

Participation is free and the workshops are aimed at amateurs. You don't need a professional camera or in-depth konwledge - just a love of photography and an open mind. All you need to do is bring along a camera - digital or film.

We are planning on shooting on the evenings of October 9 and 16, through a nieghbourhood of old Muscat, and we look forward to helping you discover the place and its inhabitants, and document them through photography.
